Team Strength Training:

Our teams will train weekly at Apex Sports Performance & Rehab. They will be focusing on speed, agility, and strength. Our top notch trainer will get each athlete in prime condition to compete at the highest levels. Athletes will get tested throughout the year and season to season to track their progress. It’s important to maintain great health to be a great athlete. They will also discuss and give athletes a nutrition plan to help get the gains they are looking for.
