Summer Schedule:
Tournament & Development Team Selection:
Tournament Team- Once the Spring season is over selection for the Tournament Teams will begin. The GM of each age group will be compiling each Tournament Team’s roster (12-13 players). The GM will assume the role of Head Coach of the Tournament Team for the entire Summer season. The Tournament Team will be playing a very competitive Summer schedule and will represent the Upper Deck organization at select tournaments.
Development Team- The development team will be comprised of the players not selected to our tournament team. These teams will continue to practice and play tournaments throughout the summer, but their tournament schedule will be different. Their primary focus will continue to be on developing and mastering baseball skills.
Our summer schedule will be determined based off the team each player is on. The season is from May-July.
Tournament Team Schedule: These teams will be going to showcase events.
– Perfect Game, Prospectwire, Dodgertown, and Disney).
Development Team Schedule: These teams will be going to tournaments that are more local.
– (Nations, USSSA, and Cocoa Expo).
